Kaclik Builders LLC, founded in 1987 by Christopher Kaclik, is one of the premier builders and developers in the Pittsburgh area. Chris, a Pittsburgh native and son of an architect, has been passionate about building since a young age. His journey began with renovation projects and additions, eventually advancing to fully custom homes from the ground up.

We are a hands-on company, committed to building homes with integrity and quality. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that every home we build is a reflection of our commitment to excellence. We pride ourselves on our down-to-earth approach to building, where we take the time to understand our clients' needs and work closely with them to make their dreams a reality.

Our team consists of experienced professionals who are dedicated to their craft. From our owner and president, Chris Kaclik, who is always on the job site, to our CFO and Project Manager, Jeff Smith, who ensures that every project stays on budget and schedule. Our team also includes a licensed Real Estate Professional, Nancy Kaclik, who helps our clients navigate the buying and selling process of land, residential homes, and commercial properties.

Our team is made up of dedicated professionals who are passionate about building. Each member brings their unique skills and experience to ensure that every project is completed with the highest level of quality and craftsmanship.

Chris Kaclik, our owner and president, is a driven individual who is always looking for ways to improve and innovate. He is constantly pushing the limit to make the impossible possible for our clients.

Jeff Smith, our CFO and Project Manager, is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. He is not just a number cruncher; he is often found on site, ensuring that every project stays on track and within budget.

Charlie Jones, our Estimator and Project Manager, is the glue that holds everything together. He coordinates and keeps track of all the information coming from the owners, suppliers, sub-contractors, and everyone in between.

Nancy Kaclik, our in-house Real Estate Professional, has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 1998. She has extensive knowledge and experience in working with buyers and sellers, making her an invaluable asset to our team.

Paula Rouda, our CEO and COO, is the heart of our company. She keeps everyone in line and on schedule, ensuring that everything operates efficiently and productively.

Jeff Bryant, our Foreman, has been in the business for a long time. He runs a clean jobsite and is always looking out for our clients' best interests.

Ryan Nearhoff, our Project Manager, is a hard-working individual who is dedicated to ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standard.

Shane Kaclik, our Engineer and Project Manager, is a licensed Professional Engineer. He works tirelessly to ensure that every development project runs smoothly, from finding land to engineering utility lines and working with local authorities to get everything approved.

Brian Seger, our Foreman, is a dedicated professional who is committed to delivering high-quality results.

Taylor Kaclik, our newest team member, is eager to learn and grow with the company.
