Our leadership team is comprised of experienced professionals who have dedicated their careers to the construction industry. With a combined total of over 70 years of experience, our leaders are committed to upholding the company's values of integrity, quality, and customer service. Our leadership team includes:

• Will Harlan, President: With over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Will has led Harlan Construction since 1990. He is a proud Virginian, having graduated from Virginia Polytechnical Institute in 1976 and obtained his General Contractor's License in 1978. Will is dedicated to building strong relationships with his clients and team members, emphasizing the importance of commitment and dedication to excellence.
• Jake Harlan, Vice President: As the third generation of leaders at Harlan Construction, Jake has grown up with the company. He graduated from the University of Southern California in 2009 and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree. Jake has been instrumental in implementing new processes and controls to ensure the company's continued growth and success.
• Sam Heiberger, Vice President of Construction Services: With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Sam has worked with some of the nation's largest contractors and has a proven track record of delivering successful projects. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia and is a Certified Construction Manager with experience in higher education, healthcare, and chemical manufacturing.
