At Clear Excavating, we believe that making dreams come true is what it's all about. Our story began in 2012 as a small company specializing in residential site preparation. Over the years, we have evolved to become experts in road development, commercial site preparation, and specialty excavation/land clearing work. Commercial Site Prep

Our commercial site prep services include clearing and grubbing, foundation preparation, parking lot grading, soil stabilization, drainage, water and sewer systems, and storm drain systems. Whether you're building a new commercial development or renovating an existing site, our team of experts will work closely with you to ensure that your project is completed efficiently and effectively.

Road Development

Our subdivision road development services include clearing and grubbing, underground sewer and water, constructing roadways, culvert installation, and infiltration points. We utilize our fleet of equipment, including dozers, excavators, and large trucks, to ensure that your road development project is completed on time and within budget.

• Dozers: Caterpillar D5 LGP and Caterpillar D6 LGP (equipped with CAT grade control and grade assist)
• Excavators: Caterpillar 323 (equipped with CAT grade control and assist) and Caterpillar 336 (equipped with CAT grade control and assist)
• Large Trucks: Kenworth W900 (pictured) flat bed trucks, dump trucks, and hooklift hoist truck
• Road and Site Development: Caterpillar 14G Grader and Caterpillar 583E Compactor
• Specialty Equipment: Kershaw SkyTrim Mini 55, Bucket Trucks and Chippers, Cat 299D2 Skidsteer with 418 CAT Rotary Mulchers, New Holland 8.38 Tractor with FAE SFM 250 multitask head
