His journey began at Quality Appliance where he started as a delivery person, but his passion for understanding how appliances worked led him to transition into the service department. Driven by a desire to gain expert-level knowledge, Brad attended and graduated from Milwaukee Area Technical College specializing in appliance servicing. In addition to his comprehensive education, Brad is factory trained by both Whirlpool and Electrolux (Frigidaire), ensuring he possesses in-depth knowledge of the latest technologies and repair techniques.

This dedication to constant learning and improvement, coupled with years of hands-on experience, allows Brad to diagnose and repair a wide range of appliance issues, from classic wringer washers to the most modern smart appliances.
