Our Services

Our services are divided into two main divisions: General Contracting and Residential. Our General Contracting division specializes in a wide range of services, including Heavy and Highway construction, paving, Utility installation and replacement, dewatering, sheeting and shoring, contaminated soil remediation, and town recreational facilities. We have experience working on projects for public entities such as the Connecticut Department of Transportation and the Metropolitan District Commission.

Our Residential division focuses on residential construction, including land management, subdivision and roadway construction, residential housing, and a complete line of residential services such as driveways, septic systems, retaining walls, and site work. We have a team of experts who are dedicated to delivering high-quality results and exceeding our clients' expectations.

Licenses and Pre-Qualifications

We hold numerous licenses and pre-qualifications from reputable organizations, including the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection, the Connecticut Department of Public Health, and the Connecticut Department of Transportation. Our licenses include professional engineer and land surveyor licenses, as well as licenses for sub-surface sewage installation, plumbing and piping, and New Home Construction.
