With a rich history spanning over four decades, the company has evolved from its humble beginnings in Spokane, Washington in 1974 to its current status as a leader in the design and construction industry. The firm's journey began with its founder, Gilbert Brooks, who founded Brooks Design/Build, Inc. in 1974. Two decades later, Mr. Brooks passed on the company to his grandson, Brian Hanlen, who further expanded the firm's scope of services.
