When you've already got an architect on board, OmniCon provides oversight and coordination of all aspects of a building project, from start to finish. This includes hiring subcontractors, procuring materials, and managing the construction site. Acting as the main point of contact between the owner, subcontractors, and other stakeholders involved in the project, we will ensure that the project is completed within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Construction Management

OmniCon is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and control of a project from inception to completion. We lead the project team, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, to ensure that the project is delivered efficiently and effectively.
