Wells & Wells Construction Company was founded in 1989 by Daniel Wells with the mission of providing superior craftsmanship and service at a competitive price. We specialize in working with clients to provide a project that meets their budget and schedule needs. With skilled staff and efficient project management, Wells & Wells Construction Company has built a system that makes us successful in the Multi-Family Housing industry from Champaign-Urbana and beyond.

Our Leadership

Daniel Wells, the Owner/President, is dedicated to ensuring that the clients' expectations for quality, schedule, and budget are met. Brett Pierce, Vice President - Field Operations, is responsible for all field operations, including the supervision and training of superintendents, carpenters, and field engineers. Craig Loschen, Vice President - Project Management, leads our project management team and oversees projects from concept to completion. Nathan Sievers, Vice President - Preconstruction, directs all preconstruction activities and collaborates directly with clients, designers, developers, subcontractors, and industry peers. Michael Brown, Vice President - General Superintendent, works hand in hand with our field personnel to ensure our project sites are meeting the clients', designers', developers', and the project needs.
