Company History

Gorsuch Construction was incorporated in 2013 by Lancaster native Jennifer Gorsuch Walters, a third-generation business owner and industry leader. Jennifer is the daughter of Leonard Gorsuch, co-owner of Gorsuch Construction and Chief Executive Officer of Fairfield Homes, Inc., an organization that specializes in multi-family housing construction, development, and property management. With over 400 years of combined experience in the construction industry, the Gorsuch Construction team has the relationships and know-how to deliver on our promise to bring your vision to life.
