Our story began over two decades ago, when our founder and award-winning architect, Steve Goggans, set out to create a company that would redefine the art of homebuilding in the Lowcountry. With a keen understanding of the region's unique architecture and design sensibilities, we have been privilege to build some of the most stunning and sustainable homes in the area.

Our Team

Our team comprises some of the most talented and experienced professionals in the industry. Our president and owner, Steve Goggans, is a renowned architect with over 40 years of experience in planning and architecture. Our vice president of construction, Slade Blanchard, has over 40 years of experience in construction, building, operations, and business development. Our business manager, Karen Allen, has over 25 years of management experience, and our designer and selections coordinator, Allyson Dotson, has over 25 years of experience in residential design and client relationships.
