For over 20 years, Malmquist Construction has been fortunate enough to be involved in a wide array of distinctive projects, including ranch development, land development, log homes, timber-framed homes, custom homes, and commercial projects. Our Team

Our team is diverse and consists of individuals with the education and/or experience to cover almost every aspect of the building process. From our leader, Tyler Frank, who worked as the VP of Mercedes homes in Texas before returning to Whitefish to focus on his passion for building custom homes, to Bear Barinowski, our "veteran" team member who provides a wealth of knowledge in the building industry, to Hayley Scheel, who keeps our office and books highly organized, every member of our team is dedicated to delivering extraordinary results.
