Our Experience and Services

As the founder and principal of our firm, Paul R. Glenn has 30 years of experience in the field of architecture and is integrally involved in all PSTM projects. Our firm has provided Planning, Architectural, Engineering, and Site Development services throughout Colorado, Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Virginia, Nevada, Michigan, California, Kansas, and Ohio. We offer a full range of services such as Zoning Presentation, Rendering and Photo Montage, Project Programming, Building and Employee Space Requirement Planning/Analysis, Establishing Budget/Project Scope, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Project Bidding/Negotiating, Permit Submittal, Project Construction Observation/Administration, and Project Close-out.

We remain current with changing markets, materials, building systems, and design through State-of-the-Art techniques such as Energy Conservation, Renewable/Re-purposed Resources, and Green Technology. Our team is recognized for their knowledge in working with Building System Efficiency and Life Cycle Costing, improving the Leasability through Remodeling and Rehab/Renovation. We are experienced in Municipal and Governmental projects, which include and incorporate publicly funded budgets with specific guidelines and bidding procedures, as well as Private Sector projects.

Our design team is constantly researching and deeply involved in continuing education regarding Energy Star, Green, LEED, or Green Globe industry standards. We are environmentally conscious of the systems we utilize, the materials we specify, and the equipment we incorporate into all of our projects.
