We have worked on numerous projects across the country, each showcasing our commitment to sustainability and innovation. Some of our notable projects include:

• Worcester County Library, Berlin, MD: We are currently in the design development phase of this project, working closely with the library staff and trustees to create a community-responsive, high-performing, and high-quality building.

• Cobb Hill Cohousing, Hartland, VT: We planned and designed this eco-community for 23 families, which features a farm and micro-business ventures that are well-developed.

• Snow Creek Condominiums, Warren, VT: We recently completed major exterior renovations and deep green energy improvements to a 115-unit condominium complex.

• Bethany Beach Ocean Suites, Bethany Beach, DE: This 112 Marriott hotel, which we designed, features a restaurant, ballroom, spa, and rooftop indoor pool, and has received high occupancy and great reviews from guests.

• Gadd Brook Residences, Sugarbush Resort, VT: Nearing completion in summer 2016, this is the second building of a six-building master plan in the Sugarbush Lincoln Peak base area development, featuring 16 luxury homes.
