Our company was founded in 1985 by Wayne Teicher, a skilled mason who had a passion for building and restoring homes. Today, Wayne and his son Shawn, a trained architect, work side-by-side to bring their clients' visions to life.

Universal Builders was founded with the aim of restoring the soul of shore homes. For over 30 years, we have been trusted to undertake historic restorations, renovations, additions, and restorations. Our team of skilled tradespeople, many of whom have been with us for over 25 years, are dedicated to delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
