At Sparks Interiors, we are dedicated to providing exceptional interior design services for homeowners and multi-family home developers across the United States. Our team, led by mother-daughter duo Kim and Brittany Sparks, has been designing for the Seattle, Washington area since 1991.

Who We Serve

Our clients include Pacific Northwest residents who are building new homes or renovating older homes, as well as large Pacific Northwest residential community builders. Additionally, we create designs for developers of new home communities and multi-family projects, both locally and nationally.

What We Do

We offer a comprehensive range of services, starting with floor plan review, color and finish specification, and interface with the construction team to ensure the design is implemented as presented. Once the project is complete, we work with our clients to select furniture, accessories, and window treatments, utilizing our relationships with vendors to provide cost-effective solutions. Our team of skilled installers then sees the project through to completion.

For over 20 years, we have designed and installed model homes for leading Pacific Northwest builders. Our goal is to create a home that reflects the buyer profile and gives the potential homeowner the "I've arrived home" feel when they walk in. In the multi-family sector, we work with developers to design units and amenity spaces that cater to the renter market, using contemporary and innovative finishes to create unique decor that sets the project apart.

Our Interior Design Team

Led by Kim and Brittany Sparks, our interior design team is dedicated to delivering personalized and thoughtful design solutions. Kim, an experienced interior designer, has honed her skills through years of experience working with clients to create spaces that reflect their passions, interests, and lifestyles. Brittany, a recent Interior Design graduate from WSU, brings a fresh perspective and innovative ideas to the team, having studied abroad in Florence, Italy.
