Anderson Architecture has been a fixture in the Southern Pines community for over two decades. Since its inception in 1988 by Principal and CEO, Lynn Page Anderson, AIA, LEED-AP, the firm has established a strong reputation for excellence in architectural design and project fulfillment. Over the years, we've watched Southern Pines evolve into a vibrant hub within the Sandhills region, and we take pride in contributing to its unique character and growth. The firm, originally founded with a vision of high-quality design and dedicated service, has expanded its reach while remaining deeply committed to its roots.

Our People

Our team is comprised of passionate individuals who bring diverse skills and perspectives to every project. Lynn Page Anderson, our principal and CEO, is a licensed architect with extensive experience in designing a wide range of projects, from custom homes and barns to commercial buildings and institutional structures. Her keen eye for detail and her deep understanding of the built environment ensure that each project reflects the client's vision while adhering to the highest standards of quality and functionality. Robert E. Anderson, AIA, NCARB, joined the firm in 2005, bringing with him over two decades of experience in architectural design and project management. His expertise in visualization techniques enables clients to participate directly in the design process, ensuring that their needs are fully met. Together, Lynn and Robert lead a collaborative team dedicated to creating spaces that inspire and enhance the lives of those who use them.
