At Merrill Mechanical, Inc., we are a small family-owned and operated mechanical company with a passion for providing high-quality services to our clients. Since our inception in 2006, we have been dedicated to delivering exceptional plumbing, heating, and HVAC installation services that cater to the unique needs of each project.

Our story began when our founder, Justin, started his journey in the mid-nineties as an apprentice in Boston. He later moved to Oregon, where he gained extensive experience in large commercial projects, including restaurants, hotels, and grocery chains. After moving back to Vermont, he joined a commercial plumbing outfit to gain local experience before venturing out on his own. His father-in-law, Bob, brings over 40 years of experience in New England's construction world, making them the foundation of Merrill Mechanical.

Since opening our doors, we have been committed to providing services of the highest quality, paying particular attention to working efficiently while keeping the lines of communication with our clients clear and concise. • Installation & Construction: Merrill Mechanical, Inc. is committed to getting the job done. We cover installation and construction of all plumbing and mechanical scopes from underground to finish. You can count on us to be professional, timely, efficient, and make sure you're satisfied every step of the way.

• HVAC Maintenance, Replacement, and Installation: We offer preventative maintenance on existing cooling, heating, refrigeration, and ventilation systems as well as replacement of failed or faulty mechanical HVAC systems. Hire us for this service and learn how we cater to the needs of each client, ensuring the results you need and deserve.

We are proud to be contractors for the Efficiency Excellence Network and a Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor. As a Diamond Contractor with Mitsubishi, we are able to offer a 12-year compressor and parts warranty.

Join Our Team

At Merrill Mechanical, Inc., we are always looking for talented and dedicated individuals to join our team. We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Service Tech with experience in heat pump, propane, and refrigerant. A gas or oil license is a plus. Someone who can work on their own with no supervision is ideal. Compensation commensurate with experience. A vehicle is included with this position. After your 90-day trial period, you are able to join for Medical, Dental, Simple IRA, Aflac, Receive PTO, and holiday pay.
