Our collective team of hourly employees, exceptional subcontractors, architects, and engineers has proudly completed hundreds of successful projects across the Greater Seattle area.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of services, from designing and permitting new construction projects to renovating and remodeling existing homes. Our expertise includes:

• Building custom homes from the ground up
• Adding new construction, including large and small home additions and Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs)
• Remodeling and renovating existing homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, and whole-house makeovers
• Handling small jobs and projects, such as replacing flooring, painting, new roofs, window replacements, new siding, new doors and trim, and overall makeovers
• Providing expert guidance and support throughout the construction process

Where We Work

Our services cover the Greater Seattle East Side areas, including Sammamish, Redmond, Bellevue, Medina, Mercer Island, Issaquah, Snoqualmie Ridge, Duvall, Carnation, North Bend, and surrounding areas. We have also completed special projects in the northwest areas of Kenmore, Kirkland, and Bothell, and in the southwest areas of Normandy Park and Arbor Heights.
