Services
Landscape Design
Our landscape design service creates tailored outdoor environments that balance aesthetics and functionality. Using 3D modeling, we visualize concepts before implementation, ensuring client alignment. Services include grading, drainage solutions, and sustainable plant selection. Projects range from backyard retreats to commercial spaces, with a focus on eco-friendly materials and long-term usability. Clients benefit from our network of contractors and transparent project management.
3D Modeling
3D modeling transforms design concepts into interactive digital representations. Clients explore materials, lighting, and spatial layouts virtually, reducing ambiguity during installation. This technology streamlines decision-making and minimizes costly revisions. Ideal for complex projects like pool installations or hardscaping, our models ensure precision and client confidence in the final outcome.
Bidding Management
Bidding management optimizes contractor selection through detailed contracts and competitive bidding. We draft specifications to ensure accurate proposals, saving clients 15-25% on average. Our oversight guarantees bids align with design intent, preventing scope creep. This service includes contractor vetting, timeline coordination, and budget adherence during installation.
Building Permits
Building permit services ensure designs meet local zoning and safety codes. We prepare detailed drawings for township approvals, addressing drainage, setbacks, and material standards. This expertise accelerates permit acquisition, avoiding delays. Clients receive guidance on ordinance requirements and submittal processes for seamless project execution.
Full Estate Design
Full estate design integrates all outdoor elements into a cohesive master plan. Services include phased implementation, budget allocation, and multi-year maintenance strategies. We address grading, irrigation, and hardscaping to create unified spaces. Ideal for large properties, this service ensures long-term functionality while preserving ecological balance.
