Disappointing Experiences
Anthony Lopez had a terrible experience with B&S Moving. He scheduled a move and ended up with damaged furniture, including a dented refrigerator and a dresser with chunks taken out. The company's owner was rude and unfairly treated Lopez and his wife.
Marcela Cervantes was also unhappy with the service. The company sent only two movers, one of whom was rude and hungover. The service was unprofessional, and Cervantes would not use B&S again.
Ra Bynum was left in the lurch when the company failed to show up on time. They were scheduled to move between 12-1 pm, but didn't arrive until 5-6 pm or the next morning. Bynum was forced to rent a truck and move themselves.
Excellent Experiences
