Carpentry Contractors Company, or CCC as it is known today, was founded in 1980 by Scott Gertjejansen. Scott's roots and principals were built and forged with the high-end Custom builder during the early to late 80's. Early on Scott's mentor and father, Roland Gertjejansen, a professor in Forest Products at the University of Minnesota, taught him firsthand wood frame construction and instilled in him material resource management, a commitment to excellence, the importance of deadlines and the value of treating people with respect.

Our company quickly grew to over 30 employees in the mid '80s. By the late '90s, CCC had become one of the premier labor suppliers and started supplying carpentry labor services to the Production builder. In 2001, CCC joined the Lyman Companies, a division of leading building products distributor US LBM, and today it has grown to be the industry leader in providing skilled carpentry labor to the residential professional home builder in the Minnesota Twin Cities area.

We are dedicated to having the safest working conditions possible and producing the highest quality end product. We provide an industry leading safety program along with skills training for one of the largest and most experienced group of professional carpenters in the upper Midwest.

• Wall, Floor Panels & Components: We are a leading manufacturer of pre-cut stair assemblies and pre-built wall and floor panels in the Twin Cities.
• Remodeling, Deck & Specialty Item Building: We are able to provide remodeling and deck construction and specialty item production in our cedar shop.
• Service Department: We can provide post-construction service and warranty work.
• Design: We help you design and build your project, focusing on quality while helping you manage costs.
• Operations: We provide supplies, materials, equipment and training to our workforce.
