Nels Strandberg - Owner and President

With over two decades of experience in the building industry, Nels is a leading residential homebuilder and land developer in the area. With a portfolio of successful projects, Nels has collaborated on numerous residential developments and commercial projects.

Erinn Welliver - Operations Manager

With 15 years of office administration experience, Erinn manages all day-to-day operations for the company, as well as for our affiliates, Strandberg Excavation and Strandberg Design. Erinn ensures that all our moving parts work seamlessly to give Strandberg clients an experience that's second to none.

Aimee Frantz - Project Manager and Vice President

Aimee joined Strandberg Construction in 2008 and has since evolved into a Project Manager and Vice President. With a background in operations and management, Aimee fosters an environment of teamwork and ensures that strategy is clearly defined while overseeing performance, compliance, and operations.

Debbie Headrick - Executive Assistant

With more than 30 years' experience in the construction/homebuilding and real estate sales industries, Debbie assists in project planning, sales, and new home warranties. She prides herself on fostering exceptional customer relationships.

Vic Palmer - Site Superintendent

With over 40 years of residential and commercial construction experience, Vic coordinates all site construction activities and supervises all trade and field personnel, ensuring that every project is completed on schedule and within budget.
