Our story began in the late 1980s, when our founder, Jim Durfee, started working in the woodworking industry. With years of apprenticeship and hands-on training, Jim honed his skills and developed a passion for crafting custom cabinets and furniture. In 1999, Jim relocated his shop to Blairsville, Georgia, where he founded Durfee Custom Cabinets, Inc. Today, his team of skilled craftsmen and craftsmswomen continue to uphold the highest standards of excellence in design, quality, and customer satisfaction.
