Biltmore Construction is an award-winning residential, design, planning, and building company serving the greater New Haven area. For over 35 years, we have consistently delivered superior design and quality construction, always ensuring projects are completed within budget and on time. Our success is built on a foundation of balanced design, sound engineering execution, and expert project supervision. Established in 1980, we have made it through three recessions and continue to provide high-quality, detail-oriented restoration and renovation services in New Haven County.

Our team is comprised of dedicated professionals, including our President, Steve Cavanaugh, and his wife, Kathy, who is also our secretary. Steve's youngest son, Matthew, who is a finance major from Quinnipiac University, is also actively involved in our projects, learning the trade and mastering his skills. We are proud to have a small, specialized team that allows us to focus on each project with meticulous care.

Throughout our history, we have been committed to supporting local community service, including partnerships with House Of Heroes CT, West Woods School Playground, Habitat for Humanity, Hamden Youth Hockey, and many more. Our dedication to giving back to the community is a vital part of who we are.
