Temp Control was born from a commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of the importance of a comfortable living and working environment. Founded in 2007 by Matt Bialer, a licensed electrician and mechanical contractor, Temp Control quickly established itself as a trusted name in Moore County. Matt, already known for his exceptional service and dedication to customer satisfaction, envisioned building a business based on honesty, quality, and reliability. Starting humbly, with just one vehicle and a small office space, he and his wife Sharon poured their hearts into growing Temp Control. Their dedication paid off - today, Temp Control is a thriving enterprise with a fleet of seven service vehicles, fourteen dedicated employees, and a spacious 3,000 square foot office and workshop.

Temp Control is deeply rooted in the community it serves. The Bialer family, proud parents of three school-aged sons, understands the importance of giving back. Matt has actively coached youth sports teams, fostering a love for competition and teamwork. They support local teams through sponsorships and actively participate in community leagues. Sharon's involvement with the West End Elementary PTA and her volunteer work with Moore County Schools further demonstrates their commitment to making a positive difference.
