Corban Construction is proudly celebrating its 36th year in business, built on the strong foundation of God and family. Established in 1987, we are a second-generation family-owned and operated company that continues to uphold the values upon which it was founded. We are a state-certified building contractor (CBC1251247), providing services for the central Florida area since 1987 and serving the Villages since 1991. Our portfolio spans jobs of all sizes, from small door replacements to large-scale commercial construction projects spanning 18,000 square feet. Regardless of the project's magnitude, we strive to provide unparalleled service and attention to every detail.

Our services include free consultations and estimates, as well as complete design/build services. We work closely with our clients to transform their initial visions into full sets of drawings, ready for permitting. Our Process

Our streamlined process ensures seamless project execution from start to finish. As the owner of Corban Construction, Paul Caruso manages all projects, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, answering questions, addressing concerns, and overseeing project execution from inception to completion. Cyndi Caruso handles the financial aspects of the company and client relations. Together, they form a dynamic duo that prioritizes open communication, integrity, and attention to detail.

Our Family

Paul and Cyndi Caruso have been married for 32 years and have owned Corban Construction for 18 years. In 2005, they acquired the business from Cyndi's parents, who founded it in 1987. They have two children - Andrew, a full-service auto mechanic and business owner, and Nicole, the Creative Director for Corban Construction. The Caruso family also includes two adopted fur kids, Aslan the dog and Citrus the cat.

Our Name

The name "Corban" has a special significance for our company. It was chosen in 1987 by our founders, who prayed for guidance in naming their new construction company. The name is derived from a biblical passage in Mark 7:11 (NIV), which reads, "But you say that if a man says to his father or mother: Whatever help you might otherwise have received from me is CORBAN (That is, a gift devoted to God.)" The name Corban serves as a constant reminder of our commitment to keeping God first in our family and our business.

Our Team

At Corban Construction, we believe that our team is our greatest asset. Our long-standing employees include Kenny, our foreman and backbone of the business, who joined us in 2013 after 30 years of experience in the industry. In 2021, we welcomed David, Paul's older brother and Project Coordinator, who brings years of experience and ensures that projects stay on schedule. We are proud of our team's dedication, expertise, and shared commitment to upholding the values upon which our company was founded.
