Hardscape & Landscape Construction was born from a passion for the outdoors and a dedication to quality craftsmanship. Owner and founder, Jose Luis Santos, developed his love for landscaping early in life, eventually transforming that passion into a professional career. His early experience working with a landscaping business in Bellingham ignited his talent for hardscaping and softscaping, skills he honed over many years. However, a desire to create a work-life balance that prioritized family ultimately led him to establish his own company in 2017.
