Our project management services are closely directed by our personnel in the company office located in Northeastern PA, managing a diverse range of project types. We offer construction management services, where we can manage your project from start to finish, and facility management services, designed for facility managers who are overworked or cannot handle certain projects. Additionally, we provide general contracting services, offering free estimates for all contracting needs, with the capability to efficiently complete any construction project up to $4 million dollars.

Our team, led by President Leo Davison and Vice President Dawn Davison-Monk, is committed to providing value-added construction services. Dawn, the first and only licensed female general contractor in the City of Wilkes-Barre and Scranton, has successfully managed hundreds of projects for Wilkes University, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
