Our Team

Our team is made up of passionate and dedicated individuals who take pride in their work. John Little, the founder of Little John Construction, started his journey in the construction industry over 20 years ago when he was just 15 years old. He learned the value of hard work and building a great reputation while working alongside his father and two brothers. Today, John is a journeyman carpenter by trade and takes immense pride in his finish work.

Chris Matson is our master framer, with over 12 years of experience in the building industry. He is known for his attention to detail and his ability to deliver high-quality workmanship.

Karen Little is our office manager extraordinaire, responsible for scheduling, running materials, and working on the job site. Her dedication to providing exceptional customer service and her ability to manage multiple projects make her an invaluable asset to our team.
