Additionally, he can provide valuable insights into the tax advantages and effects of homeownership.

On the other hand, Judith M. Limerick brings more than 25 years of experience in mortgage and real estate. A graduate of the University of Maryland, she has worked with several mortgage companies and has gained a deep understanding of all aspects of financing and loan products. She can assist with the writing of all contracts, legal questions, and cost estimates for financing and/or settlement costs.
