Our Story
Bobby's Concrete was founded by Bobby Alley in 1966, and his son, Dean, joined the business after receiving his degree in Construction Management from East Carolina University. Today, Dean owns and runs the business, continuing his father's vision for exceptional concrete work.

Communication Issues with the Contractor
Several reviewers experienced issues with communication from the contractor. Spencer B. mentioned that the contractor stopped responding to their questions and took over two weeks to get back to them. Diana M. and Veronica Mils also complained about the contractor not responding to their messages or emails. Crystal Jordening stated that the contractor was initially responsive but stopped communicating after they agreed to move forward with the job.
Poor Work Ethics
Veronica Mils was unhappy with the contractor's failure to fix damage done to her deck during a previous job and not returning her calls for repairs. Crystal Jordening felt that the contractor did not show up for the scheduled job and did not call to confirm.

On the positive side, A. Scotece, Cindy Gilliam, and Brian Stratmann were extremely satisfied with the contractor's work. A. Scotece praised the contractor for listening to their needs and exceeding expectations. Cindy Gilliam appreciated the professionalism and quality of work done in her backyard patio.
