Professionalism and Outcome
The first review, from Mari Hart, celebrates a successful deck replacement project. Matt Kendall, a representative from TruNorth, recommended pretreated cedar, which resulted in a pleasing outcome. The customer is extremely satisfied, reporting that the work was done professionally and would highly recommend TruNorth.
Disappointment and Unmet Expectations
In contrast, John Guider's experience was a disappointing one. He hired TruNorth for interior painting, but the project ended in trouble. Something caused the new paint to bleed through, and TruNorth was unable to resolve the issue. Guider had to hire another painter to complete the job. He also requested a refund from TruNorth, but, allegedly, there was no response.
