At Hay Construction, we offer a wide variety of construction services, and whenever possible, we optimize the construction process by providing our own in-house teams for concrete work, small masonry projects, structural and miscellaneous steel work, rough carpentry, and interior finishes. We also have established trusted and professional relationships with a wide network of subcontractors and firms in the local area for site work, electrical work, plumbing work, and mechanical work.

As a leading building contractor in central Iowa, Hay Construction is able to collaborate with our clients to provide design build and pre-construction services that combine our construction capabilities with design expertise.

Concrete

Hay Construction uses its own team to provide a wide range of concrete services.

Carpentry

Our range of services also includes carpentry work, particularly exterior and interior wall framing and roof trusses.
