Questions
Why can't I get a quote over the phone?
Each roofing system requires personalized assessment. Visual inspections of shingles and attic spaces ensure accurate estimates without missing hidden issues that could increase costs later.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most residential projects complete in 1-2 days. Commercial installations vary by complexity but prioritize minimal business disruption through efficient scheduling and execution.
Can you re-roof during winter months?
Yes, we work year-round using waterproof underlayment and tarps. Weather delays affect summer and winter schedules equally, with proper precautions maintaining quality standards.
What determines roof replacement costs?
Key factors include roof pitch, complexity (valleys/dormers), material selection (asphalt/metal/membrane), and accessibility. We provide transparent breakdowns without hidden fees.
Why is proper ventilation important?
Proper attic ventilation prevents premature roof failure by reducing thermal cracking, mold growth, and shingle granule loss, ensuring system longevity and warranty compliance.
How do I hire a roofing contractor?
Verify active licensing (CCB#96794), insurance, and manufacturer certifications. Check reviews, request written contracts, and compare 2-3 estimates to ensure quality and value.
