Our Story

Koch Construction was founded on the values of craftsmanship, work ethic, and integrity passed down from our founder, Karl Koch. Karl's passion for building and design began at a young age, and he later honed his skills in Denmark, where he was born and raised. Karl's return to America in 1950 brought with him the old-world values that would shape the foundation of Koch Construction. Over the years, Karl instilled these values in his sons, Jeff and Mark, as well as in his long-time employees, John Everman and Justin Manifold. Today, our team continues to uphold these values and pass them down to the next generation.

Signature Design & Cabinets

In 2002, Koch Construction launched Signature Design and Cabinets, a sister business that offers in-house design services. This innovative approach allows us to streamline the remodeling process, resulting in a greatly improved customer experience. By combining design expertise with quality products and materials, Signature Design and Cabinets provides homeowners with a comprehensive solution for their kitchen and bath remodeling needs. Our talented designer, Carrie Buschmann, brings a unique ability to connect with people regarding style, colors, textures, and space planning.
