Our President, Raul Martinez P.E., is a licensed Professional Engineer and a Commercial/Residential General Building Contractor with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Our mission is to deliver professional construction services from project inception to completion. We are involved in every aspect of the construction process, from design to construction operations. What We Do

At S.I.B., we specialize in the design and construction of large warehousing facilities, both dry storage and cold storage, restaurants, retail stores, industrial facilities, and new custom homes and remodeling projects. We have a strong background in engineering and construction, and we use our expertise to provide our clients with practical solutions to today's challenges.

Our services include construction consulting, project management, pre-construction planning, and post-construction services. We offer our consulting services on a project-by-project basis, and our team is available to oversee the bidding process, manage the entire program and construction process, provide design and build services, and manage pre-design through project delivery and closeout.
