Our Services

Our expertise lies in designing and building structures that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also energy-efficient and environmentally responsible. We offer a range of services, including framing and fireproofing, inside liners, and exterior finishes. Our buildings are designed to withstand the elements and provide a comfortable living or working space.

Framing and Fireproofing

Our framing system is designed to reduce heating and cooling costs. We use a 2x6 wall framing system with 2' on center spacing, and 2x8 ceiling framing with 2' on center spacing. This allows for excellent insulation and fire-resistance ratings. We also offer an option to increase the ceiling framing to 12", which increases the ceiling value to R-38.

Inside Liners

Our wood framing makes it easy to finish off the interior of our buildings. We use a variety of liners, including white Dura Skrim, OSB, white steel, and sheetrock. The 2' on center spacing of our framing system makes it simple to apply these liners, saving time and money.

Frames

Our standard roof pitch is 3/12, which provides a more commercial look while eliminating the problems associated with flat or low-pitched roofs. We also offer a range of roof pitches, from 1/12 to 12/12, and even Gambrel (barn) style. Our frames combine three structural systems into one: truss system, laminated beams, and a plywood box beam.

Exterior Finishes

The exterior finish of our buildings is a matter of personal choice. We offer a range of options, including metal, stucco, wood, brick, block, face block, quoining, and corbelling. We can also accommodate your preferred siding choice and offer vertical studs for lap siding.
