Our History

Founded in 1995, Advanced Concrete Technology, Inc. (ACT) was established with the goal of utilizing the latest technology, equipment, and techniques to provide exceptional concrete construction services. Our company has a rich history of innovation, dating back to 1981 when Ed Textor founded Textor Construction, which initially focused on residential remodels and small commercial projects. As the company grew, Ed recognized the need for a large commercial concrete contractor and began to focus on providing concrete construction services to other contractors. In 1995, ACT was born, with the intention of delivering high-quality concrete construction services to local and national companies alike.
