Services
Shingle Roofs
We install premium asphalt shingle roofs using materials from trusted manufacturers like GAF and Malarkey. Our solutions offer dimensional aesthetics, impact resistance, and algae protection while maintaining cost-effectiveness. With multiple color options available, we help homeowners achieve both functional protection and curb appeal tailored to Arizona's climate conditions.
Metal Roofing
Our metal roofing installations feature durable steel panels from ASC Building Products and other industry leaders. Available in multiple profiles including standing seam and corrugated designs, these energy-efficient systems provide superior protection against extreme weather while offering cool color options that meet CRRC certification standards for thermal performance.
Tile Roofs
We specialize in concrete and clay tile roofing systems that combine classic aesthetics with modern durability. Our Newpoint tile solutions feature textured surfaces and natural colorways that complement Arizona architecture while providing enhanced protection against temperature fluctuations and environmental elements through locally sourced materials.
Silicone Coatings
Our silicone roof coating applications extend roof lifespans while improving energy efficiency. These liquid-applied membranes create seamless waterproof barriers that resist UV degradation and thermal cycling. As authorized Tropical Roofing Products installers, we deliver long-term protection solutions that reduce cooling costs through reflective surface technology.
Roof Repairs
We provide comprehensive repair services for all roof types including shingle, metal, and tile systems. Our rapid response team addresses leaks, storm damage, and structural issues using manufacturer-certified materials. From minor patchwork to complete storm restoration, we prioritize timely interventions that prevent interior damage and maintain structural integrity.
