Our story began in 1966 when Ernest Guigli, a seasoned mechanic with a passion for engineering, founded the company. With over 50 years of experience in the industry, we have established ourselves as a trusted partner for various projects, from commercial and industrial developments to municipal and state infrastructure.

We also specialize in municipal and state projects, such as road rehabilitation, school construction, and park developments. Leadership

Our leadership team is comprised of highly experienced professionals, each bringing a unique set of skills and expertise. Robert Guigli, President and C.E.O., has been with the company since 1979 and has played a key role in our growth and development. Matt Guigli, a Civil Engineer and Construction Management graduate, oversees engineering on all projects and directs our surveying operations. Charlene Guigli, Robert's wife, is also actively involved in the company's operations and community outreach initiatives.

History

Our history is marked by significant milestones, including the transition from an equipment rental firm to a full-service site contractor in the 1980s under Robert's leadership. We have worked on numerous high-profile projects, such as the redevelopment of the Esplanade in Hudson, the construction of Cadillac and Hummer facilities in Southboro, and the improvements at Fitchburg State College. These projects have not only contributed to our growth but also helped shape the region's landscape.
