Our President and Owner, Vaughn Heggie, has over two decades of experience in the industry, leading the company as President and Owner since 2024. Our Office Manager, Camille Denham, oversees our day-to-day operations, providing exceptional support and ensuring that our clients' needs are met. Our Lead Carpenters, including Grant Hnetka, Phil Grudecki, and Nolan Lerner, bring their expertise and dedication to every project, ensuring that each home is built with meticulous craftsmanship.

Vaughn Heggie, President and Owner
*With over two decades of experience in the industry, Vaughn has assumed the role of President and Owner since 2024. He is dedicated to crafting personalized homes that meet each client's unique needs.
Camille Denham, Office Manager
*Assuming the role of Office Manager in 2024, Camille brings a warm and welcoming presence to our workplace. She is responsible for overseeing our day-to-day operations and ensuring that any questions or concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
Grant Hnetka, Lead Carpenter
*A Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter, Grant has been with Kenco Construction since 1983. He is experienced, competent, and works closely with our crews to deliver excellence in quality.
Phil Grudecki, Lead Carpenter
*Phil has been with Kenco Construction since 1995, bringing vast experience in all areas of construction. He is known for his patience and exceptional skill in finish work and detail, ensuring that every home is built to perfection.
Nolan Lerner, Lead Carpenter
*Nolan has been with Kenco Construction since 2006. He is responsible for running a crew of three men to complete tasks such as framing, forming, and finish work. He enjoys a challenge and takes on some of our largest creative projects!
