KOKO Architecture + Design is a creative partnership established in 2000 by the husband and wife team of Adam Weintraub and Mishi Hosono. Our studio is dedicated to exploring the intersection of architecture, interior design, furniture design, textile design, and industrial design. At KOKO, we believe that the fusion of these disciplines allows us to push the boundaries of creative expression and produce innovative solutions that enhance the human experience.
Our Design Philosophy
At KOKO, our design philosophy is rooted in the concept of "PLAY." We believe that embracing a sense of playfulness and curiosity allows us to approach design with a childlike sense of wonder, leading to innovative and effective solutions. This approach informs all of our projects, from residential and commercial architecture to interior design and product design.
Our Expertise
KOKO specializes in the design of early childhood education and children's spaces, including interactive museum spaces, playgrounds, libraries, toy and furniture design, early childhood learning centers, and STEM and music educational facilities.
