• Tricia Banowetz, Owner/Office Manager: Tricia is the co-owner of Banowetz Floor Covering and has over 20 years of management experience. She takes pride in providing exceptional customer service and assists with the bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable aspects for the business.

• Jeanne Mercer, Senior Design Associate: Jeanne is an interior designer with a passion for helping customers find the perfect flooring solutions for their homes and businesses.
