Dating back to the early 1920's, the Fernald family has been proudly serving the St. Petersburg construction industry, building a tradition that is now in its third generation. Our company's founders, Shawn D. Fernald and Chad Pejack, bring over fifty-two years of combined experience in the construction industry, ensuring that the highest level of quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction are always met.
