Questions
What makes Chem-Dry's cleaning method better than steam cleaning?
Our carbonation process uses 80% less water and dries faster while removing more allergens. Steam cleaning often leaves excess moisture that can promote mold growth.
How do you remove pet urine odors permanently?
P.U.R.T. treatment breaks down urine crystals at the molecular level using a chemical reaction. This eliminates odors instead of masking them with fragrances.
How often should carpets be professionally cleaned?
Industry experts recommend every 3-6 months, especially for homes with pets, children, or allergy sufferers. Regular cleaning improves air quality and extends carpet lifespan.
Are your cleaning products safe for children and pets?
Yes, The Natural solution contains no soaps, detergents, or harsh chemicals. All ingredients are FDA GRAS-listed for safety around families and animals.
Do you offer commercial cleaning services?
We provide carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning for offices, hotels, and retail spaces. Our low-moisture method allows businesses to resume operations quickly after service.
