Quality Installations

Whether you're installing new central AC equipment or replacing existing heating and cooling equipment, a quality installation of high-efficiency equipment can lower your energy bills, increase comfort in your home, and extend the useful life of your equipment. Western Heating & Cooling is a PG&E Quality Installation contractor.

Quality Maintenance

Dirt and neglect are the top causes of heating and cooling system inefficiency and failure. According to ENERGY STAR, you should maintain your equipment to prevent future problems, unwanted costs, and keep your heating and cooling system at peak performance by having a contractor do annual pre-season check-ups. Western Heating & Cooling is a participating contractor in the PG&E AC Quality Care Program.

Quality Service (I.E. Repairs)

There is a flat, up-front fee of $85 for all repair estimates ($35 trip fee and $50 diagnostic fee), which includes the time to drive to your home and diagnose the problem with your heater or air conditioner. If you choose to have repair work done, you may apply the $50 diagnostic fee toward the cost of the repair.

Blower Fan Motor Upgrades

We have performed over 9,999 high-efficiency blower fan motor retrofits. In 2014, we were the PG&E ACQC Field Quality Control Award Winner, and in 2015, we were the PG&E ACQC Contractor of the Year Award Winner. Free HVAC Upgrades

The PG&E Multifamily Cooling Optimizer Program provides Free HVAC upgrades to eligible multifamily buildings in California's Central Valley to improve the performance and energy efficiency of heating and air conditioning systems. This includes precision air conditioning tune-ups, condenser coil cleanings, precise diagnostics, and refrigerant level adjustments. Western Heating & Cooling will provide up to a total of 1 lb of refrigerant per eligible unit per property at no cost.

How It Works

To be eligible for the PG&E Multifamily Cooling Optimizer Program, your building must be located in California's Central Valley, have a minimum of five (5) units, and be currently using electricity as the primary heating source. The program is designed to help you save energy and reduce your heating and cooling costs by installing high-efficiency heating and cooling equipment.
