Our History

Our journey began with the founding of our first location in Lady Lake, Florida, where we purchased a property and renovated it to create a state-of-the-art storage facility. Our goal was to provide a safe and secure environment for our customers to store their valuable belongings. As we continued to grow, we expanded our operations to our second location in The Villages, Florida.

Our office/warehouse space is perfect for businesses that require a secure and flexible storage solution. Our units are 1250 square feet in size and feature steel frame construction, insulation in the walls and ceiling, and a roll-up door. Each unit has its own power, water, and restroom, making it an ideal choice for businesses that require a convenient and affordable storage solution.

Retail Space

Our retail space is ideal for businesses that require a high-visibility location to showcase their products and services. Our retail units are strategically located on Hwy 25, directly across the street from the Lady Lake Post Office, providing maximum exposure to potential customers. With signage right on the highway, this attractive space is a high-visibility location perfect for businesses looking to grow their customer base.

Storage Units

Our storage units are unique, offering increased storage capacity due to their higher ceilings. With average ceiling heights of 10' +/-, our units are capable of housing a number of items that just won't fit into a conventional unit, as well as providing extra storage space when needed. We offer a wide range of storage unit sizes, including 5'x5', 10'x5', 10'x10', 10'x20', and 15'x30', ensuring that there's a storage solution that meets the unique needs of each customer.
