Our Team

Our team at Warfield Homes is comprised of highly skilled professionals who have extensive experience in the construction industry. Our President, Wayne Warfield Jr., has over 25 years of experience in custom home design, renovation, excavation, and demolition services. He oversees the day-to-day operations and supervision of subcontractors. Wayne is a family man who enjoys working on his farm and restoring antique farm equipment in his free time.

Shannon Dulaney, our Vice President and General Manager, brings a strong background in business-related services to the table. Prior to joining Warfield Homes, Shannon held various engineering, sales, and marketing positions at Rubbermaid Commercial Products. He has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Akron and an M.B.A. from the University of South Carolina. Shannon is a devoted family man and enjoys spending time with his family at the ball field or on the golf course.

Community Involvement

Warfield Homes is deeply committed to giving back to the community in which we live and work. We believe in using our time and talents to support local organizations and initiatives that make a positive impact on our community. Some of the organizations we support include the ABBA Pregnancy Care Center, Clarke County Education Foundation, Clarke County Fair Participant & Supporter, Clarke County Ruritan Club, Clarke County Youth Football, Baseball, and Football, Eagle Athletic Association, Habitat for Humanity, Our Savior Lutheran Church Youth Group, and the Top of Virginia Builders.
