Our Team

Our team is comprised of experienced professionals, including Ronald Shaw, our founder, who started in the construction industry in 1961. Cyndi Lansdowne, our President, has been with the company since 1989 and handles day-to-day operations. Robert Hanson, our Vice President, brings a wealth of knowledge in every aspect of construction. Matthew Shaw, also a Vice President, returned to the company after years of experience in architecture and engineering, bringing valuable insights and expertise.
