Our History

Our story began when Jerry A. Botts, a seasoned real estate professional, saw an opportunity to continue a family tradition of building and construction. With the support of his father, Norris Botts, Jerry started building homes in the Glasgow area. As the business grew, Jerry's wife, Debbie, managed the books, and their sons, Joey and Spencer, learned the trade by working with the crew during their summer breaks. In 1994, Jerry and Debbie incorporated the business, with Jerry serving as President and Debbie as Vice-President. Today, Joey and Spencer, Jerry's sons, have taken over as President and Vice-President of the company, operating the business based on the principles of treating people fairly and delivering a quality product.
